Our outpatient mental health program treats children ages 5-12. The family and the treatment team work very closely together because we believe family is a key factor in treatment. This program is designed for short attention spans combined with brief and structured therapy sessions.
For adolescents:
Our outpatient mental health program treats adolescents ages 12-17. We treat all mental health issues and believe family is a key factor in treatment of the patient. The family and the treatment team work very closely together.
For Adults:
Our adult outpatient mental health program treats all mental health concerns ages 18 and up.
Our small group environment enables change in a very safe, gentle way.

Do you take insurance?
We do accept most major insurances. If we are an in-network provider your insurance should cover the majority of your care. However, you will be responsible for any co-pays and medication costs.
What is the involvement of family members?
Incorporation of family members into the program is a key factor in recovery. At Alternative Behavioral Care we treat the whole family. Our program consists of weekly family groups. Family members are very instrumental in supporting healthy recovery. There are cases where a patient may prefer not to have family involvement because of issues that may impede their recovery.
